26 Oct Meet the Community – Kevin Hildebrand
- Who are you? (First and Last Name)
- Kevin Hildebrand
- What Organization do you Represent? (As it relates to why you’d be getting highlighted in an Esports Newsletter)
- I am a Content Producer for ElevateGG and the President of the University School of Milwaukee esports club.
- Why do you personally believe esports is important, both to our region and in general?
- I believe that esports is important because unlike traditional sports, the entrepreneurial opportunities in esports are endless at a regional and global level. Additionally, the creativity being generated by the artists, social media managers and content creators in the industry is revolutionary and being implemented by large companies and organizations outside of the esports industry. Esports in Wisconsin is important to the extent that traditional sports are a part of the culture. Building early infrastructure for a path to pro in Wisconsin is crucial to development of any professional team growth in Wisconsin.
- What games did you grow up playing and what are you playing the most now?
- I grew up playing games like Black Ops 2 and now I play Rocket League and Valorant.
- If you could only play one game for the rest of your life, what would it be?
- Rocket League, if you say any other game is better than Rocket League you are factually wrong.
